Registration and Cancellation Policy

Registration Fees

Candidates who register a minimum of three weeks prior to the advertised course or event start date qualify for the early bird registration fee.  Upon registration, attendees will be contacted to arrange payment

Cancellation/Transfer Policy

If an attendee cannot attend a course or event, a refund will not be provided, however a substitute participant may attend or a credit towards a future course or event will be offered.  Please provide notification of a substitution or deferment via e-mail at at least

24 hours before the course or event.

This Agreement and any rights, duties and obligations as between the parties to this Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any litigation involving the parties to this Agreement shall be brought solely within Ontario, Canada and shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Ontario, Canada.
